Hayashi

Hayashi is a vibrant reimagining of Japan’s rare Nama Honjozo style.  At its core is Yume-tsukushi, a table rice varietal grown exclusively in Fukuoka, yielding a sake of deep umami and soft roundness.  Amazing sake to pair with ramen.
